PRASAD INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY has a well-established Training and Placement Cell/Career Development Cell that diligently endeavors to enhance students' skills and assists them in pursuing higher education or securing employment in esteemed organizations aligned with their interests. T & P Cell was founded in 2005 with the primary aim of generating substantial job prospects for students in esteemed corporate firms. The T&P Cell conducts a range of career assistance programs for students beginning in their first year. The induction program for I B.Tech offers encouragement, counseling, and guidance on numerous campus training initiatives and self-preparation strategies.
Students are encouraged to visit the Cell, engage with the teachers, and receive the necessary guidance to facilitate their progress. Workshops and career coaching sessions conducted by diverse specialists and alumni are highly beneficial to students on campus. Engagements with older students who secured placements in multinational corporations and other esteemed firms enhance the efficacy of the Training and Placement Cell.
The Training and Placement Cell Currently led by Mr. Govind Kumar Maurya, Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Mr. Satish Kumar Yadav, Assistant Professor, Department of Pharmacy, who has a pivotal role managing numerous responsibilities and overseeing a range of activities designed to address student needs. The Cell is crucial in securing employment for B.Tech, MBA, and Pharmacy students by maintaining continuous communication with esteemed companies and industrial organizations in and around Uttar Pradesh. Career advisers facilitate discussions, and students are encouraged to participate in lectures, information fairs, and recruitment activities.
Providing appropriate and conceptualized professional skills and guiding students towards a clear career all around the world with the values of – Honesty, Sincerity and Diligence.
The Training and Placement Office encompass members of departmental faculty representative and Student comprises of attentive student representatives working under the guidance of faculty members. The team works toward a common goal of achieving desired placement offers for all the students.
Also, it is aimed at building long term corporate relations for the Prasad Group of Institutions. The task of the placement committee is to facilitating the placement process and serves as the interface between the students and the corporate world. The members work under the different functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of the placement process.
The Cell acquittals three fold tasks, to name: Training, Placement & Association with the Alumni. The Alumni are closely associated with the working of the Cell. They regularly visit the university and share their invaluable experience with their juniors. This interaction helps boost confidence amongst the students and develop the right frame of mind to sit for placement interviews.

The training and placement cell organizes Professional Development Programs like mock interviews, group discussions, pre-placement talks, interactive sessions with programs like talks, interactive sessions with industrial experts, case studies etc and Personality Development Programs (PDP) covering communication skill, presentation skills, group dynamics, career planning etc., on a regular basis to enable the students to acquire the necessary traits to become employable.
The Cell diversifies into providing training in other important areas like Oracle, Java, .Net, Python, AI, Data Science, GRE, TOEFL etc, with the help of the eminent faculty members and also sends all its students for summer training and exposure to industry. The success of its placement wing lies in getting our students admitted in top-notch companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Infosys, Capgemini, HCL, Hitachi etc.
